Measured,
documented,
then it ships.
Quality is not a final gate, it runs through the whole job. A climate-controlled metrology lab, a Brown & Sharpe CMM, first-article and in-process inspection, and precision cleaning matched to the part, including vacuum-grade work down to 0.65 torr.
A climate-controlled CMM lab.
Critical dimensions are verified on a Brown & Sharpe coordinate measuring machine in a temperature-controlled lab, where the measurement is not fighting thermal drift. GD&T is interpreted by people who machine to it, so the inspection answers the question the print is actually asking.
First-article and in-process.
- First-article inspection before a run commits, so problems surface on part one, not part one thousand.
- In-process checks that catch drift while it is still cheap to correct.
- Documented reports that travel with the parts and hand cleanly to your own quality team.
Cleaned to the part, not to a routine.
- Degreasing through full, non-charge cleaning.
- Ultrasonic hot-bath cleaning in inert tanks.
- Plasma-discharge and non-chemical methods where chemistry is not an option.
- Vacuum-grade cleaning for components bound for high vacuum, down to 0.65 torr and high pumping speeds.
Proof you can hand to an auditor.
For aerospace, medical, defense, and vacuum-system work, a part is only as good as the evidence behind it. We build that evidence into the job so the answer to "can you prove it" is already on the page. See the industries we serve.
