Milling, turning,
and Swiss, under
one roof.

A working precision floor in Pittsboro, North Carolina: vertical machining centers, a multi-axis turning center, and a Swiss-style lathe, backed by in-house finishing, metrology, and vacuum-grade cleaning. One team accountable from raw stock to finished, inspected part.

Milling

Vertical machining centers.

  • Haas VF-4. Mid-to-large prismatic parts and fixtures.
  • Haas VF-3. General-purpose 3-axis milling.
  • Haas VF-2SS. Super-speed spindle for faster cycle times on smaller work.
  • Centroid 3-axis CNC. Secondary operations, fixtures, and rework.

Steels, stainless, aluminum, titanium, brass, and engineered plastics. Roughing through finish passes held to print.

Turning & Swiss

Done-in-one turned parts.

  • Hardinge Elite 6/42. Live tooling, sub-spindle, and bar feed for turned-and-milled parts complete off one machine.
  • Hanwha XP16. 16mm Swiss-style sliding-head CNC lathe with a magazine-type hydrodynamic bar feeder for high-volume sub-16mm precision components.
  • 14×40 manual lathe. One-offs, prototypes, and quick rework.

Swiss-style production is where we hold the tightest tolerances at volume, down to the small end of the size range.

Specialized work

Precision micro-components.

Small, close-tolerance parts where the feature sizes and finish requirements rule out a general job shop. Swiss-style machining, careful workholding, and in-process inspection keep them in spec from the first part to the last.

In-house, not outsourced

Finishing, metrology, and cleaning stay here.

Surface finishing, CMM inspection, and precision cleaning happen under the same roof as the machining. That means fewer hand-offs, shorter lead times, and one team that owns the whole part. See surface finishes and quality.
