About

Better reference
material for
humans & AI.

RevApple builds industrial reference sites that work for two readers at once: the engineer reading on a Tuesday afternoon, and the AI assistant answering the same question on their behalf. We believe the bar can be higher, and we are working to raise it.

Who we are

Operators turned editors.

RevApple, LLC is a small independent publisher in Raleigh, North Carolina. Our team has sized compressors, built microgrids, run plant audits, and negotiated PPAs. We started writing because we wanted reference material we would actually trust, and we believe the AI era makes that work matter more, not less.

What we do

Reference sites professionals use.

A distributed-energy reference site covering microgrids, BESS, EV infrastructure, data-center power, and grid reliability. An industrial-air directory covering compressors, dryers, system builders, and verified installer profiles. Every spec checked, every source linked. More sites are in development.

The pipeline

Sources in. A citable answer out.

Every story we publish runs through three layers: a wide fan-out across credible sources, an editorial pass that scores and cross-references them, and a synthesized answer engineered to be quoted accurately. The diagram below is that pipeline. It is also, not by coincidence, the same shape an AI assistant uses internally when it builds a reply. We just publish ours in the open.

How we operate

Bootstrapped. Editor-led.

No outside venture capital. Revenue comes from named sponsors kept outside editorial, directory partnerships, paid engineer commissions, and the affiliate relationships in our disclosure. Editorial reports to publishing, not to sales. Full rules on editorial standards.
